These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 75game ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 75game website located at 75game.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.

75game is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed to serve Pakistani users across the country — including residents of Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other cities and regions of Pakistan. Our platform covers sports betting, cricket wagering, live casino, slots, table games, esports and responsible gambling information.

By accessing, browsing, registering on or otherwise using the 75game platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on 75game, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register personal betting accounts.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, to the extent that such use would violate applicable law.
• You must not be a previously excluded or self-excluded user who has not formally had their exclusion lifted by the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or director of 75game or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information and keep that information up to date at all times.

Each User may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and contact number. All information provided must be accurate and verifiable. The Platform reserves the right to verify your identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, which may include requesting government-issued identification, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password.
• Restricting access to your device(s) to prevent unauthorised use of your account.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying 75game immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

75game will never request your password through any communication channel. Any request purporting to be from 75game asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All deposits made into your 75game account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. The Platform does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made using payment methods not belonging to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Pakistani users may be familiar with local payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. These references appear on the Platform as familiar Pakistani payment rail examples only. No gambling support, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by any of those payment providers is implied or claimed.

• Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and applicable processing fees are displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction.
• The Platform processes transactions in PKR where supported. Exchange rates applied to non-PKR transactions are determined at the time of processing and are non-negotiable.
• Deposit transactions are generally credited to your account in real time, subject to payment processor availability and any applicable verification checks.
• The Platform reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion without being required to provide a reason, particularly where fraud prevention measures are triggered.

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. The Platform operates a strict same-name policy — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Failure to complete KYC within a specified timeframe may result in the request being cancelled.
• Standard withdrawal processing times range from 24 to 72 hours, subject to the payment method selected and any additional verification requirements. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be processed more quickly.
• The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the Platform may place a temporary hold on the requested funds.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw funds before satisfying wagering conditions will result in the bonus being voided.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where there is an active investigation into the account for suspected fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

From time to time, 75game may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, reload offers and other incentives to eligible users. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is presented. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms stated here and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Each promotion is available once per eligible user, household, IP address and device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each offer. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without replacement.
• The Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been claimed, where fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds in any wager placed, unless the Platform's system specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.
• The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm bonus eligibility before crediting or releasing funds.

All bets and wagers placed on the 75game platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, game type and market. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. The Platform covers cricket markets including PSL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and bilateral series, as well as football, UFC, tennis, esports and other categories.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the User unless the Platform's rules explicitly permit in-play bet amendment for a specific market.
• The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in the odds was manifestly obvious at the time of placement ("palpable error").
• In the event of technical failure, system outage or communication error during a transaction, the Platform's server-side records shall be the authoritative record of the transaction.
• Maximum win limits per event, per market and per day apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are subject to change.
• The Platform reserves the right to limit, restrict or close any bet at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• All game outcomes for RNG-based games (slots, table games, virtual sports) are determined by a certified Random Number Generator. The Platform does not guarantee outcomes and cannot influence RNG results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75game platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating or benefiting from more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market or tournament.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. The Platform complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after wagering deposited funds.
• System exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to use the Platform while under the applicable minimum age, or assisting a minor in accessing the Platform.

All content, materials, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, databases and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 75game platform are the exclusive property of 75game or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Using any automated scraping, crawling or data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or design.
• Using 75game's trademarks or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in legal action. User-generated content submitted to the Platform (such as support correspondence) grants 75game a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that content for platform improvement and legal compliance purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75game, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its Services.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data or account information.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, server downtime or connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from reliance on Platform content for gambling or investment decisions.
• Actions of third-party payment processors or service providers.

The Platform provides its informational content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 75game does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

75game is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its services. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. When it ceases to be enjoyable or begins causing financial, emotional or social harm, it is important to seek help promptly.

The Platform offers the following responsible gambling tools and policies:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set caps on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration reminders and automatic logouts to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to our support team. During exclusion, the account will be suspended and all marketing communications halted.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders are available to inform users of how long they have been playing during a session.

Either party may close a 75game account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the User: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification.

Suspension or Closure by 75game: The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions that cannot be resolved in the Platform's favour.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement directive requiring such action.
• The account becoming dormant (no login activity) for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

Where an account is closed by the Platform due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including deposits — may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. The Platform will provide written notice of such forfeiture where legally required to do so.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 75game holds its operative licence. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are available upon request from our support team.

Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable Pakistani laws may govern or restrict online gambling activity within Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and 75game expressly disclaims any responsibility for ensuring that a User's access to or use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Platform's applicable licensing authority, details of which are published in the Platform's licensing section.

75game reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, an email notification to registered users, or an in-account notification upon next login.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. 75game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to review revised Terms in a timely manner.
